All exhibition options are based upon two representatives staffing the booth unless otherwise mentioned.

Option #1 - $900

-Two tickets to the Welcome Reception

-Two tickets to the Wilma Rudolph Awards Luncheon

-Mention in the Pre-Convention Newsletter

-A 50 word description in the convention brochure

-An 8’ft skirted table and ID sign

-A link and description of the organization on the N4A Website*
-Optional presentation opportunity included, click here to submit presentation details
Additional booth reps - $250

Option #2 - $750

-Two tickets to the Welcome Reception

Additional booth reps - $250

*Website links will be posted when payment is received and will remain linked through August 1, 2010.
**Descriptions will be included in the program if received by March 15, 2010.

Full payment must be received in the N4A National Office by April 1, 2010 or you will forfeit your space.

Cancellations must be received in writing to the N4A National Office no later than May 1, 2010 Refunds will be processed less a $30 administration fee. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2010. Cancellations may be submitted via email to Kim Dittmann at kim.dittmann@nfoura.org.
