The Professional Development Institute is designed to provide continuous professional development to PDI graduates. The Institutes's mission is to create and maintain a learning community that transmits, creates, and preserves the knowledge that defines the profession. In that vein, the PDI continuing education component provides an opportunity for PDI graduates and faculty to sustain substantive and meaningful dialogue about what it means to enhance one's professional growth in the midst of an ever changing contexts of higher education and athletics. And not only that, but also to craft innovative methods for advancing what is learned within the structure of the Institute to the N4A membership at large.
